I have been sewing, just not blogging! I have made many pairs of pants, pjs, pillowcases, a t shirt and a dress this summer. Plus this bag. I needed something to throw things in and carry around when I'm out with the kids. If you click through to my flickr you can get a closeup of the fabric.

Still haven't finished the mushrooms

They're sitting on my table waiting for me to rethread the coverstitcher. In the mean time, I've gotten a few projects in here and there but haven't been sewing that much.

I'm trying to sell/give away enough fabric that I don't feel totally overwhelmed by my stash. Hahaha. It's really hard for me to get rid of fabric, I can always imagine some use for it even if I never get around to it.

This is my project this week. Can I tell you how much I love this fabric? It's a japanese knit I paid way too much money for it, but I could not resist.
I'll post a finished pic when I'm done. I need to thread up the CS machine and I haaaate doing that.
